I produced an extensive workshop program for the renowned Gnomon Workshop in California. Founded by Alex Alvarez in 2000, The Gnomon Workshop was established to share professional techniques with those unable to attend the award-winning Gnomon School in Hollywood, California.
I was commissioned to produce a learning module focused on developing a near future racing vehicle, showcasing my process from initial concept to final presentation renders.
Beyond the honour of collaborating with the Gnomon Workshop, this project has illuminated my process, highlighting both its strengths and weaknesses. It has been a labour of love, albeit one where much of the labour involved listening to my own voice during editing. However, the passion lies in crafting a concept design with a solid foundation, offering more than just an exterior form and surface collection.
The bike utilises gyroscopes to enhance self-balancing capabilities, drawing inspiration from Lit Motors' advancements in their commuter concept. My aim was to adapt this technology for a high-performance racing environment in the near future. These gyroscopes would be adjustable, allowing riders to fine-tune handling characteristics to suit various race circuits and individual preferences.
